I have itchy dry and flaky skin on the creases of my arms, breast area as well as my neck. i was given epimax but the condition is persistant. what can i use?

Treating the: dry flaky skin with a moisturizer , even a good one, such as EPIMAX does not address the CAUSE of the dry skin. The location suggests to me that you might have a superficial FUNGUS infection or a eczema like condition. Further evaluation is suggested! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
