I have what looks like genital herpes on the upper part of my vagina hidden underneath hair. they dont hurt but i popped one and it bled. what do i do?

Doubt herpes: Good news: unless this is a recurrence of a problem previously diagnosed as herpes, I doubt that's what you have. Lesions deeper in the skin that produce pus or blood rarely are herpes. Also, herpes outbreaks are relatively uncommon in hair bearing areas. My guess is folliculitis or pimples; folliculitis is especially likely if some lesions are around a hair. But see a doctor if uncertain.
