Here are some ...: Glad to know all your tests for STD came clean. A single red spot could represents a harmless small varix or cherry hemagioma, for which nothing is needed to be done. Of course, without a direct look, it's hard to come up an accurate Dx as wished. So, have Doc, preferably a gyn or uro-doc, take a look at it for confirmation.
