No problem: This sort of thing used to be a problem, when gonorrhea and chlamydia were usually diagnosed by culure, i.e. growing the bacteria in the lab. Clotrimazole itself wouldn't do anything, but preservaties and other chemicals in the cream could be a problem. However, with modern testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea DNA, there probably is no problem at all. Your test results will be reliable.
