A member asked:

Freq. urination with slight pain. herpes neg. chlamydia neg. gonnorhea neg. uti neg. bv neg. urine culture neg. yeast neg. what else could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe not infection: Since the question states that tests for infection have negative results, the cause of symptoms may be non-infectious. Such causes may include problems with the bladder muscles, the bladder or urethra lining, the rectum, the nerves that go to the bladder, etc... One's primary care doctor can do some more evaluation, and may refer to a urologist if needed.
