Here are some ...: After excluding the disorders related with local infection / inflammation, one has to extend the concern to possible disorders of local nerves, muscles/bones. To differentiate these, one need to analyze the onset, degree, duration, interval, frequency, evolution, & progress of the symptoms over time, do physicals, and test urine & bladder emptying so to come up possible Dx for reasonable Rx / care
