Yeast?: Gonorrhea doesn't cause vaginal itching or irritation. It can cause painful urination, but unlikely to have persisted despite treatment. Other STDs also are unlikly. The best bet is yeast infection, overall the most common cause of vaginal itching and irritation; and antibiotics such as those for gonorrhea can trigger yeast. Return to your doctor or wherever you were treated. Good luck.
