Diagnosed with diverticulitis 2 yr ago now having extreme testicular pain & lower left abdomen ultrasound clear concerned no further dr recommendation?

Ct scan?: While the radiation exposure is a potential issue, you may need a ct scan to see what's going on. Before that however, you may want to get a consultation with a colorectal surgeon. That doesn't mean you need an operation, but you may get more detailed info that might help. Could also be a hernia, which can usually be found on exam. Hope this helps!
