STD?: Urinary tract infection might be possible, but non-STD UTI is rare in men your age (28). I'm more worried about an STD, especially gonorrhea or chlamydia. Herpes or syphilis are less likely but also possible. Of course these are more or less likely depending on your sexual lifestyle and risks. See a doctor right away. This should be easy to diagnose and treat pretty quickly. Good luck.
