Right lower abdominal pain with associated tenderness is characteristic of acute appendicitis, but with the appearance if what appears to be blood in the urine, kidney stone lodged in the lower right ureter is a valid possibility. Vomiting is not uncommon here. Proceed to the hospital ER where prompt attention & testing are available.

It could be more likely a urinary stone. pl see a Urologist. In the meantime drink small amts of water or fluids frequently. Hope you feel better
