Herpes?: This could be Herpes(HSV1or2). It could also be an apthus ulcer. See a Provider and check it out. Always a risk if you are doing oral sex with someone who might be infected with this virus. There is a treatment for this!

Hard to tell: what the lesion is on your tongue. If you had oral sex last month and now have a lesion on your tongue, I would have a doctor look at it and do STI testing.
