Test for STD: A morning urine (the first few drops) will tell if there is any inflammation of the urethra. Get tested for gonnorhea and other STDs. Digital rectal exam to see if you have prostate tenderness/ prostatitis. Non specific prostatitis may respond to long courses of antibiotics, Sometimes avoiding alcohol and caffeine can help.
