Stress incontinence: Probably mild stress urinary incontinence associated with internal urinary sphincteric dysfunction. Urine trapped in urethral diverticulum or by urethral stricture or metal stenosis also a possibility. Video-urodynamics would provide the answer. Such equipment not available everywhere. Best to consult with urologist with expertise in neuro-urology/urinary incontinence. Good luck.
