Here are some: Did the urine look grossly bloody while feeling urethral irritation at voiding? If so, be checked out for UTI (bacterial/viral); besides, consider, check, & treat for common STD such as chlamydia, especially with urethral discharge. If no UTI is confirmed, gross bloody urine needs to be evaluated with CT.IVP + cystoscopy despite age 26. As to hydrocele, it may not be related with bloody urine.
