Either: There may have been some sperm still viable in the fallopian tube on the 24th, though the number would have been relatively low. Sex on the 25th would have likely been best chance. Also, once you have a positive OPK, stop doing them that cycle. It takes a couple days after the surge to go back to negative. Save those kits for next cycle. Don't waste them.
