Need more info: Chlamydia and trich are usually asymptomatic in men. What makes you suspect UTI? It would help if you were to describe your symptoms rather than your presumed diagnosis. STD may present in more than 6 weeks, therefore not having had sex in 6 weeks does not rule out having acquired an infection at an earlier episode of sex.

Worth getting tested: Symptoms do not necessarily occur immediately after infection, and it is worthwhile getting tested. Your primary care physician or an urgent care center should be able to take care of this. Please remember: Barrier protection (condoms) are the best way to protect against sexually transmitted disease.
