Discharge with odor: Azithromycin is not reliable treatment for UTI, but highly effective for chlamydia. With these symptoms persisting after treatment, it isn't chlamydia and doesn't sound like UTI. Vaginal discharge with strong odor usually means trichomonas (an STD) or bacterial vaginosis (sexually related but not necessarily an STD). You need to see doctor for examination and testing. Good luck!
