Local irritation: This could be local irritation, to a soap you use, panty liners/pads, tampons, dryer sheet residue on panties. Warm water sitz bath or take shower sprayer and rinse area well. When using any products or items in area, try scent free or hypoallergenic and see if these interventions help. If not, further exam by doc needed.

PH change, candida, : 20 y o woman with minimal itching in vagina after mild UTI should think of vaginal pH change, yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis. STD is always a possibility, even if condom was used. Latex allergy may be a cause as well in case if latex condom was used.
