My girlfriend has extreme constipation, can't poop with laxatives(senna) can go thru a week w/o pooping. she was 160lbs then now she's 120lbs?

Not normal: The weight loss is extreme- would need to know her height to determine expected "normal" weight. In addition, was she trying to loose weight? Are their other symptoms such as vomiting? A couple of conditions that could explain both problems include low thyroid hormone levela and celiac disease.
