I can't poop i'm so constipated i tried laxatives, prum juice .. everything i'm really nervous to go to the doctor can you please help me.

Constipation treatment, however, is pretty standard. The doctor can recommend over-the-counter drugs (miralax, mag citrate, etc...) or new prescription treatments (amitiza, linzess, etc...) that do work when used properly.
