I was constipated for 3 days. i took miralax and pooped but it was a very small bowel movement. that was 4 days ago. i then just went poop now, but again, it was very small considering how much i have ate over the past week and the laxatives i took.

Miralax/diet: Depends on how often and how much Miralax you have been taking. Usually taken daily till you have regular/soft bowel movements. You can adjust how much/frequency based on your bowel movements. Also, eating high fiber foods and drinking water will help regular your stools/bowel movements. Please see your PCP if symptoms do not improve.
