Why is my snot always bloody? not a little blood, sometimes all that comes out is blood and looks like clots, but i don't have nose bleeds ever.

Several possibilitie: Bloody clots without active bleeding may be from dryness, sinus or nasal infection, septal perforation, or tumors. If it just from one side then imwould be especially concerned and would get an ENT evaluation.
