Normal.: Irregular periods after a pregnancy are very common and due to irregular ovulation - nothing to do with your tubal ligation. Chance of becoming pregnant with your tubes tied is 0.3% (1/300). If still in doubt, see your gynecologist and repeat another pregnancy test in a week.
