Pregnancy test: The most important thing to rule out is pregnancy. Tubal ligation does not fail very often but when a pregnancy does occur it is more likely to be in the tube. This is an ectopic pregnancy and is dangerous. If the test is positive then you need to be seen immediately. If the test is negative you should still see your doctor to see whats happening.
