If you had a tubal: ligation and it was presumably successful, then had your period and had negative HPT, you should not be pregnant. All those steps were taken to make sure of that. However you should still protect yourself from sexually transmitted diseases as a tubal ligation does not prevent you from contracting one. Of course this depends on your partner too. If you had a tubal ligation, risk of pregnancy after is about 3-5/1000. Negative pregnancy test, you should be fine. Light headed ness and fatigue can have multiple etiologies, don't stop any of your Meds without discussing with doc if they have even part of a long term regimen; sleeping at night?
