I had a tubal ligation eleven months ago and have had very irregular periods and finally missed one last month! what is going on?

Not ovulating: If your periods are irregular, it can be a sign that you are not ovulating. This is probably not due to your tubal, but possibly due to a hormonal imbalance. See your obgyn and they can help you find out.

Get a pregnancy test: While it is unlikely, pregnancy is possible even after a tubal ligation! there is also a risk of tubal pregnancy (pregnancy occcurring in the fallopian tube) - and that can be dangerous to you. So i'd encourage you to get a pregnancy test, and follow up with your care provider. Lgromkomd.
