I had a tubal ligation in 2018. i am now 6 days late on my period, but took a pregnancy test and it was negative. what could be going on? is this a reason for concern? last period was october 31?

Recheck PG test: Recheck your pregnancy test in 3 days if no period. If it is faintly positive see a GYN MD as pregnancy can occur outside of the uterus in the Fallopian tube when ligations fail. A blood or serum pregnancy test can then determine if there is no evidence of pregnancy outside of the uterus as it measures smaller levels of the pregnancy hormone hCG.
