Recheck PG test: Recheck your pregnancy test in 3 days if no period. If it is faintly positive see a GYN MD as pregnancy can occur outside of the uterus in the Fallopian tube when ligations fail. A blood or serum pregnancy test can then determine if there is no evidence of pregnancy outside of the uterus as it measures smaller levels of the pregnancy hormone hCG.

Pregnant?: Sounds like it would be extremely unlikely or even impossible for you to be pregnant following a tubal ligation.
