Several things.: Burning and peeling anywhere on the skin can have a number of etiologies including infection, allergy, contact dermatitis, trauma/injury. Some may require quick treatment. See your doctor for an evaluation and any necessary teatment. Best not to try to treat it youraelf; you might aggrevate the symptoms.
