Drink lots of fluids: If this is occurring because you are dehydrated, the problem should resolve when you are well hydrated. If increasing fluids intake does not solve the problem, you should be tested to determine if there is an infection causing this. It could be due to a urinary tract infection (UTI), although UTI is not common in a man your age, and sexually transmitted infection is more likely.
