Not likely: The combination of Amitriptyline and Lorazepam is additive in terms of CNS depression as both are somewhat sedating. As far as interaction with contraceptive i could not say absolutely without knowing specific one you are taking, but I am not aware of any interaction. Always make sure your prescribing doc (s) are aware of all meds you are taking including otc.
