Lorazepam 60?: That is a whopping dose of Lorazepam which typically comes in 0.5 or 1 mg tabs. No one would recommend that much. Lorazepam can substitute on a rare occasion for insomnia usually at 0.5 or 1 mg dose. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 25 mg is sometimes a substitute as well.
