Should have already: Shrunk it and at the least it should not be getting larger, u need to see your doc as u may need laparoscopic or robotic removal, if it is an endometrioma, bc pills will not work.

Ovarian Cyst: This suggests that this cyst is not being regulated by hormones (ocs) and its likely not going to respond. You may need surgery to have it removed in order to move to ivf. This can also be an endometrioma with your history and you need this corrected prior to ivf. Good luck!
