Depends: For women age 26 when infertility is only due to a tubal disease the success of ivf is relatively high. Here in the us we have a success rate of approximately 50%-60% chance of pregnancy with one ivf cycle. The success rate could be higher or lower based on other factors such as the condition of the sperm, the number of eggs retrieved etc..
