Lapx: Should not usually be from the meds. It is most likely from all the bleeding. That is a little unusual and concerning. The leg pains are strange. If it persists would speak to your doctor.

Endometriosis : It is more likely to be the endometriosis but please speak with your doctor about your symptoms. S/he may want you to be evaluated in the office.
