For IUI cycles- since stimulation is much gentler, about 1 to 2 in 10 cycles will have residual cysts. For ivf, its significantly higher, since stimulation is more aggressive. They resolve within 2 to 6 weeks. Using birth control pills are often used but don't appear to make them go away faster.
