It is a personal cho: It is a personal choice.You can keep it clean with and wirhout hair as long as you maintain normal hygine like taking regular baths and washings some women prefer to shave, others get lasers treatment , some wax and others keep the hair it is a personal preference.But to keep it clean takke regular baths/showers and use soap etn.
