?Phimosis Curologist: Suspect you may have phimosis (tight foreskin), in which case you might get tiny splits in foreskin during sex. This could respond to prescription strength steroid cream, applied twice daily to the tight area, for a few weeks. Alternatives would be a prepucioplasty (foreskin sparing small vertical incision thru tight are closed transversely) or circumcision. Good luck.
