No: The first three moieties are part of the urea cycle, which metabolizes ammonia to urea in both the liver and kidney. Safflower, used in chinese medicine to increase blood flow, has never been thoroughly evaluated from a rheologic standpoint, that is, how it impacts human vascular haemodynamics. Kegel exercises, biofeedback, tantric... These may positively enhance enhance pelvic flow.
