A member asked:

Can some sperm still come out of a mans penis if he had his prostate removed because of cancer?

No: Semen production is no longer possible after a prostatectomy for prostate cancer, because the glands that produce the fluid, namely the prostate and the seminal vesicles, are removed during the operation. Men may still have fluid from the urethra during sex due to secretions from small urethral glands.

no : After a prostatectomy , the prostate and seminal vesicles are no longer present so the path for sperm to exit the body is disrupted.
