Always possible but: A guy in his early 20's is not likely to have cancer in a testicle, but testis soreness should not be ignored. Thus, his doctor should closely examine both testes and scrotum. An appendix of a testicle (a small lump near a testicle) might be that small, mobile lump on the testicle. No lump growth in 8 years since age 13 makes it benign, not cancerous... unless it were to suddenly start changing.
