See a urologist. : Pain at the tip of the penis is usually pain referred from the bladder or bladder neck. Painful urination, increased frequency, and voiding difficulty can come any number of your urologic issues, such as bph, bladder stones, or a urinary tract infection. See a urologist for a full evaluation. When a diagnosis is made, many things can be done to offer significant relief. Good luck.
