Kidney stones: You could be passing stone fragments or irritation from the instruments used to remove your stone. See your doctor.

Post-trauma: It is normal to have urethral discomfort after a procedure. It depends on how long after. If it lasts several days without improvement or worsens, please contact your doctor to be seen. If you develop a fever, also contact your doctor. If you don't have a follow up visit scheduled, do it.
