Premature menopause: Menopause before age 40 is not usual but not uncommon particularly if your mother or sisters had an early menopause. It is important to replace estrogen when menopause occurs at an early age. See your doctor about how to do this safely.

Not menopause: Menopause can only be diagnosed after no menses for 12 months and fsh level of 20. Estrogen levels fluctuate a lot on a daily basis and are not very reliable. An estrogen level check on day 3 after your menstrual period is somewhat helpful. I wouldn't be too concerned about it.
