"bath salts": Are not legal anymore, and "shooting up" anything exposes you to great risks. Bath salts may even be more dangerous than amphetamine or methamphetamine, and many cases of seizures, psychosis, delirium and death have been reported. You need a physical examination, and probably at least a sigmoidoscopy, which can be safely and pretty painlessly done. If you have pus, you need treatment now.
