I : I agree with dr fowler that the chance of pregnancy is extremely unlikely. Women 48 and older have occasionally gotten pregnant but the pregnancy rate for this age group is less than 0.5 pregnancies per 1000 women per year. Menopause ( the time when there are essentially no more eggs coming out of the ovaries) occurs on average at age 51. I am not sure if this is good news or bad news. Best wishes.
