Yes. See REI if TTC: No periods means you're not ovulating (releasing an egg) each month. If you're not trying to conceive you should still use birth control as you may still be fertile, and you can go from no period to prego without a recent period. If trying to conceive see a reproductive endocrinology and infertility (rei) specialist to find out why you're irregular and for treatment to help you get pregnant.
