If : If you are a candidate for a brazilian butt lift (fat transfer to the buttock) then there are really no telltale scars left behind. The fat is injected into the gluteal region using syringes. If your surgeon and you have agreed that implants are a better option, you will be left with scars that are usually placed in the midline crease between the buttock cheeks. These scars generally heal well. Consult a plastic surgeon that performs these operations. Best of luck to you. www.natureredefined.com.

Butt augmentation: The scars from a buttock augmentation (with an implant) are well hidden within the intergluteal crease (butt crack), you won't even see it.

Maybe: Scars from injection of your own fat (liposuctioned from other areas) are usually 3-4mm long and not very visible unless you search for them. The scars through which the fat is injected are even smaller and are usually very difficult to see. If you have buttock implants, those scars can generally be hidden in your buttock crease, but the scars are several centimeters in length.
