No unless: Unless your liver was injured during the procedure, c-secetion should not cause liver issues.

Probably not, but...: Data needed: 1) how big is your liver, ; how big is the lesion/scar? 2) how was it found ; how long has it been there (seen before c-section?) 3) enlarging, ; at what rate? 4) does it appear cystic, solid, linear? 5) is it causing symptoms? 6) do you have underlying liver disease? 7) has a tissue diagnosis (biopsy) been pursued? 8) more than one lesion/scar?
