No it is not possibl: Although male can get yeast infection rarely but it will not present the way you described as coming out of the penis.So what ever is coming out of the penis is not yeast and he should have it checked by his doctor if it is persisting.

No.: It is possible (though not likely) for your partner to develop a superficial yeast infection on the head of the penis (called a balanitis), especially if he is not circumcised; but it will not get into the urine.
