I might be prediabetic and have a nasty penis yeast infection. will go to a gp to proper dx. what kind of blood/urine tests should i run before going to consultation? don't want to go only to be told to go and get my blood checked first. thanks!

Blood tests: Are you able to order your own blood testing? Diabetes makes one more susceptible to yeast infections, so a blood sugar determination would be helpful. Of course genital yeast infections can be transmitted back and forth between untreated sex partners even in the absence of diabetes.
